Due to the current strain on the postal services, please expect some delays. 


We currently only ship to Canada and a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent once the package has been shipped.

Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the customer.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES:
As we are a small business, and to make the highest quality product, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process before being shipped out.

Estimated standard delivery to the Canada is 2-7 business days once the order has shipped.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact julia.raseta@bahlia.ca with your order number and request as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

*We cannot make changes or cancellations once a shipping confirmation has been issued.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the delivery address is entered correctly upon checkout. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package.

If your order arrives damaged - please contact julia.raseta@bahlia.ca within 4 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage for further assistance.

RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6873, Calaguiro Drive, Niagara Falls, ON, L2J4L5, Canada. 

Given the nature of our products and the inability to reuse opened products in any way, we will only provide a refund under following scenarios:

* An item in its original condition (i.e. unopened product) for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

* You have received a defective product (accompanying photo required).

* Your credit card or account was fraudulently used to make a transaction. Proof of fraudulent activity from your credit card provider or banking institution will be required for a refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS
D
epending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at julia.raseta@bahlia.ca.

 

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at julia.raseta@bahlia.ca and send your item to: 6873, Calaguiro Drive, Niagara Falls, ON, L2J4L5, Canada.

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
